RescueRAD is a term coined by National Imaging Solutions to describe our Rescue Radiology technicians. Our team services hospitals, clinics, veterinary, emergency centers, and any other facility with radiology needs.

What is the average amount of time it takes to speak with a technician about a technical issue?

Our average response time is 3.8 minutes.

How do I check my open tickets?

An email will be sent to the facility’s main point of contact with directions on how to create a login. Here, you will be able to view all current or past service tickets.

How do I receive a service report?

When a ticket is created and completed, the facility’s main point of contact will receive an email with directions on how to receive a copy of the report.

What type of technical assistance is available?

Our technical support is offered both remote and on-site, if necessary. We also offer a routine maintenance plan.

What are your contract fees?

What kind of parts are used during a service?

During servicing, new parts are usually used, but refurbished options are available for cost-minded customers.

How do I know my equipment can be serviced by you?

We have dedicated teams with years of experience from specific manufacturers.

What are your service hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 am. However, our technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure your equipment is operational to better serve your patients.

Do you offer services outside of the United States?

No, unfortunately our team operates only within the United States as we are most familiar with US laws and regulations.

Yes, National Imaging Solutions installs, de-installs and transports equipment all across the United States.

What is the normal processing time to acquire equipment?

Our direct manufacturer relationships around the United States allows us to acquire any medical equipment you need within a reasonable timeframe.

What kind of CT scanners do you have?

We offer everything from 4 slice systems to up to 128 slice CT scanners, all in various trusted brands. Our team works closely with our clients to make sure we offer the best system to meet their needs.

What kind of x-rays do you have?

We are a proud dealer of Del Medical x-rays and offer a variety of x-ray machines such as floor mounted, wall mounted, ceiling mounted, u-arms, c-arm portables and CR readers.

What kind of ultrasound equipment do you have?

We offer a variety of ultrasound machines from trusted brands such as Mindray, GE, Sonosite and Siemens. We provide a wide variety of probe and system options.

Do you offer Biomed?

We offer MRI and CT injectors, EKG/ECG monitors, Trophons, Water Phantoms, and many other ancillary imaging equipment and service and maintenance on the same equipment. Contact us for more information.

What is PACS?

Picture Archiving and Communication System – A medical imaging technology that provides economical storage and allows you to conveniently access images from multiple modalities.

What is DICOM?

Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine – The standard for the communication and management of medical imaging information and related data.

What is HIPAA?

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act – A federal law that requires the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge. Our team is strict on making sure all our solutions and products meet HIPAA strict guidelines, so you have peace of mind that your patient information is safe.

What is EMR?

Electronic Medical Record – The systematized collection of patient and population electronically-stored health information in a digital format. Our PACS solutions can integrate easily to any EMR vendor workflow.

What is DR?

Digital Radiography – a form of radiography that uses x-ray–sensitive plates to directly capture data during the patient examination, immediately transferring it to a computer system without the use of an intermediate cassette. We offer various DR imaging products to best fit your needs.

What is CR?

Computed Radiography – the digital replacement of conventional x-ray film radiography. We offer various CR solutions to upgrade and existing conventional x-ray system or to offer a more affordable digital solution for x-ray rooms.
